DESCRIPTION:International business activities\, business travel and cross-border employment have become part and parcel of the dynamic HR world. International mobility also means that you have to deal with rules and legislation from other countries. This brings unique challenges and questions along. \nDo you have a foreign employee coming to work in the Netherlands? If so\, you may need to apply for a work permit. When do you need a work permit? What are the risks if you do not have the necessary permits/paperwork in place?\nDo you know the pitfalls and opportunities of the different procedures? What are the differences between the highly skilled migrant procedure\, the “intra-corporate transfer” procedure and the EU Blue Card procedure and how do you select the (most) appropriate procedure? What obligations do these procedures entail for you as an employer?
