Would you like to scale up your business and hire international talent in the Netherlands?
MILES, powered by LIMES could act as the Employer of Record (EOR+) and place international talent on the MILES payroll as long as your company does not have the status Recognised Sponsor or perhaps is not yet registered in the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.
MILES could be the formal employer of your employee and by acting as a Recognised Sponsor with the IND, MILES makes it possible for highly skilled international talent to be legally employed in the Netherlands. MILES is in the possession of a SNA license that proves that our EOR+ solution is following legal and administrative rules.
During the session, we would like to explain the EOR+ solution in detail, discussing the latest legalisation and regulations, but also informing you about employment conditions, the possibility for indefinite employment agreements, and where LIMES could be of further assistance to deliver immigration and tax services, if required.
